Water Shots Are Very Tough

Took the water housing out today for the 2nd time and had a little trouble getting some good action shots. The tide was pretty much dead low and I found it tricky to be in the right spot. Plenty of room for improvement. Gonna try to get up early tomorrow and surf, lets hope the wind cooperates.

A Few More Water Shots

First Round Of Watershots.

I took the new housing out Friday morning to shoot at the pier. The waves were around waist high and mushy but it was cool to swim around with the new housing. Just ordered a pair of DaFin fins which should help me move better then the fins I have now. Cant wait to take this thing out in some real waves! Anyways, enjoy the first of many water shots. These were shot with my 35mm lens. I also have a 50mm lens and a 10.5mm fisheye lens that will fit into the housing. Pray for waves!

SPL Waterhousing Is In!!

The best present I have ever gotten myself has finally arrived! My SPL Waterhousing arrived today from San Diego and now the hard part is waiting for some waves...Looks like there might be some waves Saturday morning but I have to work. Might try to sneak out there early before work. Anyways, expect a whole new style of watershots. I am waiting on a 10.5 fisheye lens to come and can also use my 35mm and 50mm lens. Stoked for 2013! Look for me out in the water, especially if you rip!

Heres a few more from my recent trip out west. Also, if you havent heard yet via Facebook I just sent a check to SPL Water Housings so expect a lot more water shots in 2013! Windy Winter Surf

Winter winter surf in the water today. I had to work at 630 this morning and didnt get to surf in the morning but went out after work and caught some waves. Strong SSW winds as you can see in the photos. Not the best shots but it was nice to take some photos today on the beach.

California is Cool.

I was out in San Francisco last week visiting my brother and his wife and of course I had my camera with me. Got to surf in OB and also got to play tourist all over SF. Heres a random mix of some shots from out there. Hope yall enjoy them!
