Friday AM Pictures!

Whats going on everyone?? Sorry for the delay with these photos but my internet hasnt been working so I havent been able to post photos. Im at work right now so Ill put a few up now and then post all of them the next few days..They turned out pretty good and I got some nice barrel sequence shots.

How awesome has this past week been. Waters warming up and waves have been fun too!

Also, Im seriously looking into buying a new Macbook Pro! Itll help with editing and speed so I can upload even more photos to the blog..

Spring Has Sprung

Waves continue throughout the week! Should peak on Wednesday. Low tide is still killing it but its been great with any tide push!!! GO SURF!

Heres a few pictures from this afternoon at 9th block...

Low Tide Blues...

Clean conditions this morning but the tide is killing it. Should fill in with the high tide today at two. I really wish the tides switched so I could take pictures early AM and at sunset but what are you gonna do?!? Still, who can complain with days of surf we've been getting and warmer water temps. Looks like the swell is gonna rise again on Tuesday and Wednesday (Yes! weekday waves!) with some waves running in the chest high range.

Hopefully I can get some nice shots if the sun and surf are right....Happy Easter

Unorganized Windswell

Strong SE winds all night have kicked up the surf but I just walked down to the beach and its very disorganized. I think we all knew it would be like this today so nobodys really shocked. There were guys out getting short rides but it wasnt nice..If you need to get wet, go!

Sea and Sand's festivities today have been rescheduled until Sat April 30th but tomorrow will go on as planned. These heavy winds would not have been a nice set up for today. Today was the 5K, plenty of good music on Center St., and over 100 vendors/artists.

Kulture Klash Arts Festival

Kulture Klash is tonight in the Navy Yard in North Chuck. I somehow got the night off tonight so I really pumped to be able to go. If you dont know, Kulture Klash is also using water as the main theme. This means 50 regional artist will have made art themed pieces that will be for sale tonight. Im terrible at explaining so heres the website if you wanna check it out.
